ENROLMENT FORMS

or on Online to enrol and pay online.
We must have the following documents before we can process your enrolment:
- if you completed the print contract of enrolment form, it must be signed by you (and the account payer if applicable),
- Debit Order/Credit Card Authority form if this is your chosen method of payment,
- a copy of your ID (identity document or passport),
- a copy of your NSC (Grade 12) or Matric Certificate,
- Proof of payment of the enrolment fee or the full fee.
We will confirm your place on the course once we have received all of your documentation.

HOW TO ENROL - Download Forms:
STEP 1: Download and complete the contact or distance contract of enrolment form for the course that you have selected.
STEP 2: Deposit the enrolment fee (see contract of enrolment for fees and payment options): Use the Bank Deposit form for your enrolment fee or make an internet transfer (we don't accept cash or cheques on the premises for security reasons),
STEP 3: You may pay your fees in instalments by making use of either credit card or debit order facilities - if you choose either of these, complete the debit order/credit card form attached to the enrolment form,
STEP 4 contact: Send (post, deliver or fax) your original completed contract of enrolment form, proof of payment of enrolment fee, a copy of your Grade 12 Certificate and a copy of your ID - to your olearn centre.
STEP 4 distance: Send your original completed contract of enrolment form, proof of payment of enrolment fee, a copy of your Grade 12 Certificate and a copy of your ID - to Private Bag X7, Menlo Park, 0102 - or fax them to 086 518 1562 - or email them to registration@olearn.co.za
HOW TO ENROL - Online Enrolment:
STEP 1: Choose a course, click on: Distance Course online enrolment,
STEP 2: Enter your Personal information on the form; choose your Course; select your Payment option; indicate how you heard of us; if you are over 18 years old, check the box; then click the Proceed button,
STEP 3: If you chose EFT (electronic funds transfer): select your bank, make your payment and send us your proof of payment;
If you chose Debit Order, complete the Debit Authority form, then click Accept and Submit;
If you chose
Credit/Debit Card, fill in the PayGate secure payment form,
STEP 4 contact: Send (post, deliver, fax or email) a copy of your Grade 12 Certificate and a copy of your ID - to your olearn centre.
